In connection with the sale of batteries and accumulators or with the delivery of devices containing batteries or accumulators, we are obliged to inform you of the following in accordance with the Battery Ordinance:
Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. You are legally obligated to return used batteries as the end user. After use, you can return batteries free of charge to the point of sale or in its immediate vicinity (e.g. municipal collection points or retailers). You can also return batteries by mail to our postal address.
Batteries that contain harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out garbage can, similar to the symbol in the illustration on the left. Below the trash can symbol is the chemical name of the pollutant - "Cd" stands for cadmium. "Pb" for lead and "Hg" for mercury.
