For removing dental plaque in veterinary applications, a precisely guided instrument is required. This dental scaler with octagonal handle in the Fig. 34 left version is designed for fine and controlled work on tooth surfaces. The left-hand shape allows ergonomic handling and supports secure guidance of the instrument.
The working end, approximately 2 mm wide, enables targeted removal of plaque without unnecessary material removal. The slim design makes it easier to work in narrow areas. The octagonal handle ensures a secure grip and prevents the instrument from twisting during use.
Made of stainless steel, the dental scaler is durable, hygienic and suitable for regular use. With an overall length of approximately 150 mm, the instrument sits balanced in the hand and allows calm, controlled work. The Fig. 34 left version is specifically designed for corresponding working directions.
